Open Qualifying
Open qualifying for the 2011 Stocker Cup will be held this year at a site to be determined. Please visit this page or www.amateurgolf.com to register by the end of April. The number of qualifying spots available in the tournament proper will be determined by the size of the qualifier field. Lodging is available nearby at the player's expense. Qualifying requirements:
- Age 25 or over as of the qualifying
date for Mid-Amateur Division
- Age 55 or over for the Senior Division
- Verifiable USGA Handicap Index
of 3.4 or lower
Projected registration entry fee for the qualifier of approx. $100 not including optional cart.
NOTE:
Players
advancing to the tournament proper will
pay the "A" player
entry fee of $750.00 which covers practice
round and at least 54 holes of tournament
golf, plus tournament dinner for player
and spouse, and many extras.
